This class is truly the best of both worlds combining cardio and strength training. 45 min of high-energy cycling followed by 45 min of upper body strengthening using dumbbells and weighted bars. Core work included in all classes.

HOUR CYCLE

Sixty minutes of cardio at your intensity

60 min cardio, pumping, exhilarating ride suitable for all levels, from the beginner to the advanced cyclist. You choose the intensity of your ride and make it your own.

XPRESS CYCLE

This 45 min cycling class offers an exhilarating, beat based ride that activates the whole body and will leaving you sweating!
